This is a Chinese restaurant on the edge of Minneapolis. The Chinese name "Beihai" is said to have Cantonese refreshments on Saturday and Sunday. I came to have no refreshments on Wednesday. Four friends ordered a 98-knife set meal. There are beef, pork, and large lobster. The amount is very large and the taste is average. That hot and sour soup is not easy to accept.
